Marine Debris Surveys
CHUG members can participate in organised marine debris surveys using protocols developed by the National Marine Science Centre with data uploaded onto their database.
Divers are required to undertake a short theory session followed by a training dive.
Once completed divers can assist with near shore surveys and participate in offshore surveys once they have developed their survey skills.
